. . . just very busy. You may have noticed we haven't been submitting as much art these last few months - but don't worry, we haven't given up, or disappeared. With the arrival of our daughter back in February, things have become much more hectic for us. On top that, we were forced to deal with potentially life-shattering incompetence on the part of certain individuals in Fostoria, Ohio, and this forced us to move closer to where Michelle and I originally bonded, near the Outer Banks, North Carolina. Things are very hectic right now, and we do not have the space for a proper studio, but fear not! We will continue to post our artwork as it is completed. Also, I am working to learn more about web design, as our newest site revision is long overdue. If you are not familiar with our website, please give it a visit at www.reincarnations.com - but don't get too comfortable there, as the design is soon to undergo a complete overhaul in the near future. Plenty of new artwork is on the way!

Yet Another Blow...
Just when I thought I had found us a new home and studio, when I thought everything was going to finally settle down and I could get back to work, when I thought I would finally manage to enjoy the fruits of my 60-70 hour work weeks (i.e. a stable home for my wife and little girl), I was dealt yet another blow.
Those familiar with my life know that it has been turbulent. I have had to give up several homes due to personal difficulties involving my relationship with my wife and one-time Reincarnations artist, Michelle, and this has happened yet again. I will spare my watchers the details, although I can say that it is now apparent that the
The Saddest of News
It is with great sadness that I must relay the news that the other founding member of Reincarnations Painted Furniture passed away last night. Kali Cornelis touched many in her life, both with her art, and her kindness to others. It was her wish to be an organ donor, and so will continue to touch other lives in a positive way, which is in keeping with her philosophy on life. Those that she knew, that she met, know she would not want others to grieve, but instead, to remember her, and the moments she shared with them. Keep those memories alive - cherish them - for the ones that touch and affect our lives, in both large and small ways, are gone
New Studio Coming Soon!
I realize it's been quite awhile since my last entry. The last year has not been kind, neither to the nation as a whole, or to us as artists. Fortunately, I've manage to get most of our income difficulties resolved, and will finally be moving to our new studio around the middle of July. This is an event that is long overdue, as we have had to endure living in a space shared by someone who is emotionally abusive - not only to my wife and I, but to our little Savannah. Rather than entice a problem/reaction/solution response out of local law enforcement by kicking their ass, I devoted all my considerable willpower to generating the income ne
Apologies and Goodbye 2016
I apologize for the lack of recent deviations. 2016 has proven to be a particularly difficult year for me. Lack of studio space, financial and personal issues, and a lack of time have all contributed to making this not the most fruitful year artistically. With any luck, some of these issues will be resolved soon, and I will do my best to catch up on submissions as time permits.
I hope that 2017 is a much better year for everyone.
